2. Complete & sign W9 tax form.
The W-9 form is an IRS document used to collect an individual’s or entity’s tax identification information for reporting income paid by Venture REI.
3. Review & sign credit authorization form
This form enables you to use our secure system to pay your fees electronically
4. Review & sign Direct Deposit Authorization Form
This form allows us to know which bank to deposit your commissions into upon closing transactions. Have your banking info ready!
