Garrick gained his passion for real estate through construction and architecture. In 2012 he joined a San Diego based Architecture and Construction consulting firm as a real estate project manager. He honed his skills working with elite Property Management Firms, Real Estate Entrepreneurs, and Franchise Corporations that own large portfolios of properties throughout the West coast. Garrick has participated in everything from acquisitions, remodeling rental properties, manufactured home development, improved property sales, and renovation of long term property holdings.
