I originally started purchasing personal real estate investments in 2001. I decided to get my residential real estate license in 2006, but my career started in the financial services industry over 9 years. I held such positions as loan processor for first and second mortgages, document preparation supervisor, audit specialist and commercial lending associate. This gave me a very strong knowledge base for real estate as well as my own real estate investments. I left the financial industry to help start a successful small business. In doing this I learned how to manage an office, do the bookkeeping, as well as marketing and advertising.
