I have made Arizona home for the past 30 years. I moved from Upstate New York to Flagstaff, Arizona in 1981 to attend Northern Arizona University. After graduating from NAU’s School of Journalism/Public Relations in ‘85, I migrated to the Phoenix/Ahwatukee area and have maintained residence ever since.
I am grateful for all of life’s experiences over the past 25-30 years which led me on this journey into Real Estate! I have focused my career on being a compassionate, dedicated listener in an effort to provide the best client relationship possible. My goal is to understand the most important desires and wishes during the buying and selling process in an effort to turn those dreams into reality.

For Buyers, I try to help my clients understand the costs associated with their investment. Buying the house of your dreams not only entails the initial cost – but also includes taxes, insurance, proper maintenance and upkeep which are often overlooked. These costs and an understanding of them allow you to keep your investment on track and hopefully on a steady path of appreciation.
I have successfully raised 2 daughters that both reside in the Phoenix metro area and are active within the community. My oldest daughter, 27, is a doctor at Phoenix Children’s Hospital while my youngest, 24, is a first grade teacher in the Tempe Elementary School District. I am extremely proud of both of them as they focus on helping children in health and education, fostering a bright and positive future for Arizona.
As an active member of the Mountain Park Church in Ahwatukee, I enjoy volunteering with various groups around the valley, especially St.Mary’s Food Bank, Feed My Starving Children and am looking forward to getting involved with Project Healing Waters.
