While other teenagers his age were spending hours a day in front of the TV playing video games and racking up debt, Nathan Pierce was working, going to school full time, and
eager to invest in his future. With a 401K and an IRA in toe, Nathan started his real estate career and purchased his first house in 1998 at age 19. After seeing the immense potential
the property had as a rental, he realized the long term benefits of investment properties and purchased a second house nearby. By this time, Nathan was hooked on real estate. He
persistently sought more opportunities to invest in, and through experiences, found a knack for facilitating fix and flips.
When he moved out of his parent’s home at age 22, Nathan was the proud owner of five houses. Over the next several years, Nathan gained hands-on lending experience from his own buying and selling endeavors, as well as from working closely with his clients and their lenders. His knowledge of lending, coupled with his real estate experience, made Nathan a driving force in the Phoenix real estate arena. Nathan combined his investment and lending skills, and his shared appreciation for exceptional customer service to support the distressed market. He worked to change the traditional short sale flip model and helped homeowners exit their properties graciously with the least amount of financial hardship. By focusing on high returns on investment for his clients, Pierce earned a trusted reputation and expanded his services to other areas of residential real estate.
In 2012, Strong Tower Real Estate Group was born. He further went on and co-founded a full-service general contracting company in 2014, Strong Tower Homes & Construction.
Nathan is a two time recipient of Scottsdale Association of Realtors 40 Under 40 Award. He has personally owned over 200 investment properties and has closed well over 1,000 residential transactions for clients. Living by the mantra, “You have not lived today until you have done something for someone who can never repay you,” Nathan co-founded Standing in the Gap Foundation to help local at-risk children reach their full potential.
In his free time, the altruistic Phoenix native loves going to Cardinals games, listening to live music, traveling and spending time with his wife (Jess) and two sons (Chase and Charlie).
